KASHMIR: Leaders of the APHC in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir have stated that Kashmir is a nuclear flashpoint rather than a matter of land or law and order, and that Modi’s militaristic attitude is endangering the entire peace of South Asia.
The leaders of the APHC, including Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, Bilal Siddiqi, Zamrooda Habib, Yasmeen Raja, Fahreeda Behandi, and Dr. Musaib, stated separately in Srinagar that a just resolution to the Kashmir dispute is a requirement for putting an end to unrest in South Asia. They issued a warning that India’s stubbornness about Kashmir could light the nuclear fuse in the area.
The leaders declared that it is high time for the UN to take note of the deteriorating human rights situation in the occupied territory and act to resolve the ongoing conflict in accordance with Security Council resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
In accordance with the comments, the Modi administration has maintained a military blockade on Jammu and Kashmir and is steadfastly committed to using overwhelming military force to crush the Kashmiri people’s demand for freedom.
The delay of a Kashmiri solution, according to the leaders, will have serious negative effects on world peace.
