Kashmir Solidarity Day Observed at University of Agriculture Peshawar

Peshawar: A program to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day was organized at the University of Agriculture Peshawar under the banner of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference.

The event was led by Hurriyat Conference representatives Dawood Khan Yousafzai and Imtiaz Wani, along with Sajid Mir, President of the Kashmir Students Society Peshawar, and other students. Senior members of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference including Dawood Khan Yousafzai, Imtiaz Wani and Tanveer Ahmed Durrani, Central Muslim League President Inamullah Khan, Central President of ISF Daleer Khan, Muslim Students League Peshawar President Fatahullah and others also participated.

The participants observed February 5 in a befitting manner and expressed solidarity with the people of Kashmir. The atmosphere resonated with slogans in support of Kashmir, Pakistan and the Kashmiri struggle for freedom.

Speakers reaffirmed unconditional support for the Kashmiri people and urged the international community to grant Kashmiris their fundamental and birthright to self-determination so they may decide their own future. They said the struggle based on truth and justice would continue until Kashmir is freed from Indian occupation.
