Muzaffarabad: The first phase of Kashmir Volleyball Super League has commenced, which would provide an opportunity to youth to showcase their talent in the sports.
Some 32 schools, 10 districts, and 3 divisions of Azad Kashmir will participate in the league, District-level matches will take place until June 15, division-level matches from June 20 to July 5, while the Kashmir-level matches will be held from July 10 to July 20.
In each phase, two teams will qualify for the semifinals through league matches, while one team will qualify for the final through a playoff.
A series of matches is ongoing in Azad Kashmir at various levels to promote healthy activities among the youth and raise the state’s name in the world of sports.
The fundamental goal of the league is to promote the talent present among the youth at national and international levels, as sports activities contribute to the physical fitness and mental capabilities of the youth.
