Mirpur: Azad Kashmir’s former Minister for Public Works and Communications Chaudhry Azhar Sadiq has said that the defense of the homeland is invincible due to the blood of martyrs.
He said this while addressing a rally, which was held on the eve of Pakistan Martyrs’ Day. He said that whenever the war was imposed on the country by the enemies, then the armed forces of Pakistan fought and defeated the enemies.
“The armed forces are our pride and honor, the martyrs, their shrines and memorials are also deferential for the nation”, he added.
He said that Pakistan was a special reward from Almighty Allah for the Muslims of the subcontinent some 76 years ago and now the responsibility of its protection is on the shoulders of armed forces.
He said that Pakistan has become the seventh nuclear power in the world and only Islamic state, which proved by equipping it with missile technology that if any enemy would look towards Pakistan with an evil eye, it will be given a befitting reply.
He said that there is a need of the time to stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces of Pakistan, because they are the protectors of ideological and geographical borders of the homeland.
