Muzaffarabad: Chairperson of KZK Foundation Khadija Zareen, has said that May 9th is one of the darkest days in the history of Pakistan. Those responsible should be brought to justice and severely punished so that no one dares to do this in the future.” Terming martyrs as the greatest asset of a nation, she said that they were the proud sons of the soil who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the nation.
She said that the Pakistani nation takes pride in the sacrifices made by their armed forces and country. The unparalleled sacrifices made by the martyrs of the Pakistani army in the war against terrorism and for the survival of the country can never be forgotten. The martyrs are the pride of living nations.
She further said that what happened on May 9th, 2023, still saddens the entire nation. Attacks on important military installations such as Jinnah House, military installations, and state institutions are a shameful blot on the dignity of the nation and the country. There is no place for such heinous actions in any civilized society.
On May 9th, planned attacks were carried out on Jinnah House, military installations, and government institutions in an attempt to undermine the country’s dignity.
She further condemned the desecration and humiliation of the martyrs of the Pakistani armed forces and related memorials in strong words. The entire nation is ashamed before the heirs of the martyrs and assures them that such brutal attackers will never be forgiven by the nation.
