In an extraordinary development, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Muslim Hands International, a well-known social organization, and the Commissioner Office Mirpur for the establishment of a Facilitation and Compliance Management Unit.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Commissioner Mirpur Division Chaudhary Shaukat Ali and Executive Manager Muhammad Sulaiman, who signed the agreement on behalf of Muslim Hands. Muslim Hands Head of Programs Saad Rafiq, Operations Manager Javed Al Hasan, PR Manager Qamar Atta, and Information Officer Muhammad Javed Malik also graced the occasion with their presence.
The center has set up various desks for the ease and convenience of women, children, and overseas Kashmiri citizens. The desks will serve as a vital link between the citizens and the departments, and a comprehensive grievance redressed procedure has been developed to provide citizens with the necessary facilities.
Commissioner Mirpur Chaudhary Shaukat Ali lauded this initiative as an important step towards good governance in the state. He commended Muslim Hands International for its active role in public, social, and welfare works and highlighted the significant impact it has had on the community, providing much-needed relief through various projects.
