PM AJK chairs district review meeting, directs officers to serve diligently.

Muzaffarabad: Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq, presided over a district review meeting. The meeting was attended by government ministers Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Sardar Javed Ayub Khan, Mian Abdul Waheed, Mazhar Saeed Shah, Sardar Amir Altaf Khan, Chaudhry Qasim Majeed, Commissioner of Poonch Division, Deputy Inspector General of Police, and district officers.

During the session, district officers provided briefings on their respective departments. Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq directed all officers to ensure their attendance and diligently serve the public. He emphasized the need to address the shortage of doctors in the district hospital, urging absent doctors to report to duty promptly. He warned that if the doctor shortage is not resolved within 30 days, the hospital will be privatized.

The Prime Minister also instructed that the construction of educational institution buildings across the district be completed. He stressed the importance of focusing on road infrastructure, education, health, and tourism. To combat the district’s underdevelopment, he assured that all available resources would be utilized. The Prime Minister reiterated his commitment to providing the public with essential services, including healthcare, education, and road infrastructure.
