Islamabad: President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has said that soon Ruet-i-Halal Committee would be established in AJK.
He was talking to the Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan, Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad at Kashmir House here on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the decision to establish the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee in Azad Kashmir was made, and they also agreed to work together for interfaith harmony and peace.
It was decided to promote unity and solidarity for religious tolerance and progress.
During the meeting, President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, and Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan, Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, also discussed mutual interests and exchanged views on various matters.
On this occasion, Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan, Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, also presented his research article to President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry.
