The KTH employee’s promotion ceremony was held on 14th December 2022 in the conference room

Peshawar: A total of 15 employees were promoted to the clerical side from grade 4 to grade 11& 16. Hospital Director Dr. Zafar Afridi congratulates all the employees and said that KTH Management is very possessive about employee rights and takes care of its employees in every aspect and this promotional ceremony is a prove.

Furthermore, Hospital Director advises the employees to work honestly and qualify your probation period successfully and don’t misbehave with patients and tackle problems with your interpersonal skills, you people are responsible for the organization’s reputation. Furthermore, he said that the staff will be given one-week training.

Medical Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siraj also congratulates the staff and said that it’s a happy moment along with great responsibility and everybody has their own role to put their efforts into our vision.

Dr. Saud Islam Malik was delighted with the staff promotions and congratulates them he stated that the ward clerk is a very responsible post and that you people will be liaison officers and coordinate effectively with other departments for smooth operational activities. Moreover, he said that there is 33% of quota for grade 4, and will be adjusted as per their test score results.
