‘They will have me killed in a blast and blame TTP for it’

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Thursday alleged that the plan hatched by his political opponents to kill him involves a ‘blast’.

In addition, the head of the PTI reiterated his claim that PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari has paid a terrorist organization to kill him.

In his residence in Zaman Park, Lahore, Imran was speaking with journalists.

He claimed that he would be killed in an explosion or blast, and that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which was banned, would later bear the blame.

He asserted, “After they kill me, they will say that Imran was killed in a terrorist attack.”

It is important to note that, according to reports in the media, the banned TTP has denied Mr. Khan’s claim that South Waziristani militants were responsible for his death.

Imran responded, “Talks are always a two-way process,” in response to a question about why he was not being more receptive when he was speaking with the army chief.

He stated that his government and the army worked exceptionally well together during the coronavirus pandemic.

The head of the PTI was of the opinion that only foreign Pakistanis could save Pakistan through investments.

He asserted that his government did not exact vengeance on its political adversaries.

Regarding the “minus Imran” strategy, the former premier stated that no one could exclude a political leader from politics if they supported him or her.

He asserted that those who made decisions behind closed doors lacked any political justification.

Additionally, he asserted that PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif’s popularity was decreasing. He reiterated that the judiciary was the nation’s focus.

Allegations against the former COAS He said that the former army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa made a deal with the opposition at the time to give up their accountability after he got an extension.

He emphasized, “The establishment means only one man, and that is the army chief.” He thought that the country needed a “surgery” right now to fix all of its problems.

Imran added that neither President Arif Alvi nor he are in contact with the establishment.

He also reiterated his demand that elections be held in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa within 90 days or the government would face Article 6 proceedings.
