PESHAWAR: The provincial government has started various schemes to provide dignified employment to the youth of the province and initiated interest-free loans on easy terms , so that the youth can take full advantage and play their role in the economic development of the province. Special Assistant for Industry and Trade Abdul Kareem expressed these views while addressing the convention of Young Leader Parliament held at Nishtar Hall Peshawar, on the occasion of the convention, the President of Young Leader Parliament Naveed, while highlighting the aims and objectives of YLP in detail, said that the aim of the organization is to train the youth about leadership quality so that they can take the best decision in practical life. At the convention, Vice President Bank of Khyber Atif Hanif urged the young leadership to work with honesty and promote new ideas. Help the government in providing employment by starting your own business using modern technology. Vice Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment Syed Mahmood also addressed the convention and emphasized on the youth that the fate of the country is related to you as well as the future of the country. Addressing the convention, Special Assistant for Industry and Trade Abdul Karim praised the organizers for organizing a successful convention and said that the youth should come forward and play their full role in the country’s development by exposing themselves to modern technology. The provincial government is providing all possible financial support to the youth in every sector and in this regard, several projects have been started to provide interest-free loans for starting their own business and decent employment opportunities to the youth. The youth should take full advantage of these projects and become not job seekers but job providers. Regarding employment, SMEDA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment(KPBOIT) can help you in this regard, the provincial government has developed and promoted SMEs in Merged districts and started several projects for which grants are being given to the youth for employment, on this occasion the Special Assistant distributed shields and certificates to the organizers.
