Before the partition of India, the Congress leadership was dreaming of establishing a government over the whole of India in the event of the withdrawal of the British from India and independence, and they were adamant that India would be kept united in any case and that we would be united in any way. In this case, they will not accept the demand for the partition of India. But on the other hand, the All India Muslim League, a political party representing the Muslims, and its leadership had made a firm determination that we will create a separate country for the Muslims in any case. In which Muslims will live under the rule of Islamic laws and will try to develop their culture and promote and develop their Urdu language. It was not an easy task, but it was a difficult and impossible task. If the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam was not great in the history of Pakistan, Pakistan would never have come into existence, but when we lost this great leader, centralization started to disappear. We became victims of hatred and anarchy. Hypocrisy and mistrust took the place of brotherhood and love. A united and revolutionary nation became a victim of distraction. After the death of Hazrat Quaid-e-Azam, the situation continued to deteriorate day by day. The leader of the nation was killed. The Karta Dharta gentlemen of that time forgot the fact that Bengalis are more awake and freedom-loving people than us. He divided Bengal on the bill of the Muslim majority in 1905. We have forgotten that the Muslim League, the creator of Pakistan, came into being in Dhaka in 1906 thanks to the bravery of Bengalis. There are countless reasons for the fall of East Pakistan, including social, political, economic, Religious, regional and international elements are included. At the time of the establishment of Pakistan, there were about one and a half million Hindus living in East Pakistan. This region consisted of populous and politically aware people. The Hindu majority was educated as well as associated with the education sector. After 1940, the Pakistan movement was gaining strength, then under a regular plan, Hindu intellectuals started the movement to make Bengali the national language. After the establishment of Pakistan, this movement started gaining strength. Instead of Quaid-i-Azam, pictures of Nehru and Gandhi started being displayed in the classrooms. When the decision was announced to make Urdu the national language, there were protests, but after Quaid-e-Azam, Liaquat Ali Khan upheld the Quaid’s decision. He was made Governor General. After the martyrdom of Quaid Mulat, a bureaucrat was appointed to the post of Governor General and handed over the portfolio of Prime Minister to Khawaja Nazimuddin. After some time, the representation of Bengal by the supreme power was abolished by making Muhammad Ali the Prime Minister, which increased the frustration. Pushed. There were only two Bengali officers in the senior ranks of the army, a colonel and a major general, so the brothers of East Pakistan were forced to think that if the army was to rule, we would never have access to power. The purpose of the establishment of one unit was also to reduce the strength of votes of East Pakistan and bring it equal to that of West Pakistan. The matter of 56% and 44% being equal does not end here, but the bureaucracy of West Pakistan has created civil and military bureaucracy. He exploited the political workers badly while strengthening his grip on the national institutions. Especially the role of judiciary was very shameful and cowardly. DC and SP of every district of East Pakistan used to go from West Pakistan. When Mother Nation lit the candle of democracy, the entire leadership of East Pakistan stood with her. Ayub Shahi defeated her by issuing fake results in the election, which was a big blow to the democratic forces and people of East Pakistan. After the war of 1965, the people of East Pakistan saw that all the forces were assigned to protect the western front. By increasing the pressure from the western front, the eastern part will be defended. Because of this strategy, the Bengalis suffered from insecurity, then Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was arrested under the Agartala conspiracy, but the decision was not taken from the judiciary, which made Mujibur Rahman the only leader of the Bengali nation. Emerged. East Pakistan’s educational institutions had 95% Hindu teachers which destroyed the two-nation theory
They used to exaggerate the injustices and misdeeds on behalf of the western part, which served to increase the feelings of the new generation. For financial reasons, 75% of the total country’s imports from Pittson would have been spent on West Pakistan. The media was also in the grip of the government, which avoided commenting on the atrocities on the people. The country was acquired on the basis of religion, but the bureaucrats of West Pakistan used to treat Bengalis with contempt. Islamic tolerance and brotherhood were not seen at any level. Against these attitudes, Sheikh Mujib presented the famous six points in which all six points were ready to be accepted by Bhutto. In this regard, in an event, late Malik Hamid Sarfaraz said that Mujib was ready to negotiate on six points, but no one thought it appropriate to talk. General Rahat, who participated in the same event, supported Malik Hamid Sarfaraz, saying that I also agreed with Mujib on six points. The points were discussed in which this bias was found, but Bhutto Sahib’s attitude was very aggressive, he was desperate to get power. Today’s Pakistani asks why they did not field their candidates in the 1970 elections in East Pakistan.
Here we there you?
Why was the majority party of Mujib not entrusted with power? Why was Bhutto Deputy Prime Minister and Civil Marshal Lloyd Minister?
Whenever East Pakistan is mentioned, this question will follow the People’s Party. The real problem was that the leadership of East Pakistan consisted of middle-class people, and the politics of West Pakistan was controlled by feudal lords. If they get power, they will end the feudal system, so these forces sacrificed the country and divided it for their own survival. On December 16, 1971, the oppressors destroyed the country. The tragedy of the fall of Dhaka teaches us a lesson that on one hand we call our tribal brothers and ignorant Baloch traitors, on the other hand, the eternal enemy is trying to talk to India. It is our duty to persuade our brothers to be a leaden wall in front of the enemy.
I will break my legs instead.
I will not sit in the opposition.
Make a separate constitution for both the parts
Why use such words?
And if this game continues like this and the ruling class insists on its ego and stubbornness, then there will be no option with the forced and oppressed nations, with only one operation and this option will be very dangerous for the security of the country. Therefore, the ruling classes of the country should listen to the position of the lower nations and play their role in solving their problems so that there is no impact on the security of the country and the nation is divided.
