Muzaffarabad: Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, Uzair Ahmed Gazali, issued a statement to the media, emphasizing that the world is aware that both Jammu and Kashmir, and the land of Palestine are illegally occupied by India and Israel, respectively. Both occupying forces are engaged in conspiracies to sustain their military occupations, disregarding the United Nations agreements. He stated that the people of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine, including Gaza, have been relentlessly struggling for the freedom of their respective Muslim states for the past seventy years.
According to Gazali, the people of Kashmir have offered more than five hundred thousand sacrifices in their relentless efforts for freedom. Similarly, the brave and courageous people of Palestine are making historical efforts against the brutal enemy, Israel, for the liberation of the sacred land. The people of Palestine are confronting the worst aggression of the occupying force and burying its military pride and arrogance in the dust of Gaza.
Uzair Ahmed Gazali stressed that the proud and valiant people of Kashmir and Palestine will never forget the sacrifices made in the resistance movements. They will continue their resistance against oppressive regimes like India and Israel, from terrorist oppressors to imperial rulers, until the freedom of their states is achieved. He called on the global fraternity and the United Nations to not allow India and Israel to continue their unjust oppression on disputed states and emphasized that holding them accountable for their war crimes could serve as a deterrent for the safety of the entire world.
Gazali urged the International Criminal Court (ICC) to exert effective pressure and take measures against India and Israel for their terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine. He emphasized that Kashmir and Palestine are two condemned states within the Islamic world, and the freedom of these oppressed people will remain a priority for the entire Muslim community.
