Government presented balanced budget: Noreen Arif

MUZAFFARABAD: The incumbent government of PML-N in Azad Jammu and Kashmir presented the best and balanced budget, said the AJK Minister for Industries and Women Development, Noreen Arif here on Friday. She expressed this while addressing the budget session of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly in Muzaffarabd.

She said that the government is achieving the targets for which it promised during the election campaign. Government is continuously working on Kashmir Movement side by side progress and development of the state. Road networks improved through out the state during the tenure of PML-N AJK. The former government announced three medical colleges in AJK but the current government allocated funds for them. The credit of 13th amendment also goes to the incumbent government of PML-N. This amendment has increased the power of the AJK government, she added.

She said that the innocent people of Kashmir are locked in their homes for last 10 months. Similarly, the masses of Kashmir who are living closer to the Line of Control (LoC) are also facing the worst situation. In such circumstance India would not have become the non permanent  member of the United Nations Security Council, she further said.
