MUZAFFARABAD: Constitutional clauses regarding the Kashmiri refugees must be implemented, said the Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan here on Friday. He expressed this while presiding over a high level session regarding domicile certificates in Muzaffarabad.

Prime Minister said that constitution clearly defines that who is a refugee and how long one will be consider as refugee. Officers and officials should go through the proper process while issuing the state subject and domicile. This is the only way to avoid fraud on the name of refugees. Strict actions should be taken against those who try to get the state subject and domicile of refugee while they do not fall in that category. Laws of state subjects and domiciles should be implemented strictly so that the real refugees may not be affected and they may not suffer due to the fake refugees, he further said.
