Muzaffarabad () The acting Ameer of Jammat-i-Islami Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sheikh Aqeel-ur-Rehman has said that the court made the decision in haste to disqualify PM AJK Tanvir Ilyas.

He was telling the journalists that the court did not follow the procedure. After the disqualification of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas, a political mayhem was created in AJK which should not be carried out.

He said that if Sardar Tanvir Ilyas sought the apology then it should be accepted by the court. The acceptance of forgiveness would have increased the respect of the court.

He said that Sardar Tanvir Ilyas should also keep the childhood at the back and take care of his post. He should refrain from threatening tones.

The JI leader said that the political turmoil can be formed at Muzaffarabad like the chaos in Islamabad, which would also cause loss to the independence movement of Kashmir.

“The all constitutional institutions including the PM’s office should work within their legal orbit in the state of AJK, which is considered the base camp of the independence movement, ” the JI’s leader added.

He said that the constitutional institutions exist in AJK and under the constitution change can be brought after every five years with the power of ballot, which is the best option. The state cannot afford such a kind of bedlam.
