Islamabad: President Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan, has said that India can pose a significant threat by making substantial infiltrations into Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is also at risk. The ceasefire line is no longer visible, as efforts are underway to turn it into an international border. The concept of an independent Kashmir is impractical.

He said that before upcoming elections in India Modi can do any false flag operation in AJK or Gilgit for his political gains. During an interview with the local news channel, Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan stated that India’s threats should be taken seriously. India can divert attention from its internal turmoil by making false operations into Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

India intends to sabotage the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and the success of CPEC depends solely on the guarantee of the military. India is relocating people from outside into occupied Kashmir. Here in Pakistan, Kashmiris residing both within and outside the country should be united on a single platform. India is investing heavily in occupied Kashmir.

Speaking about the Kashmir Freedom Movement, Sardar Attique Khan said that it is at a delicate stage from where we cannot move forward. Besides the Army Chief’s statements, nothing significant is happening concerning the Kashmir Freedom Movement at this time.

Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan said that Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq made a very good point in the Senate Committee, but whatever he identified is a serious threat. He emphasized that Pakistan’s supporting groups need to be strengthened so that other forces can’t exploit the young generation.

Our relationship with Pakistan is not just about words and thoughts; it is based on ground realities, faith, actions, and belief. This relationship cannot be broken.

Criticizing Raja Farooq Haider, Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan said that Raja Farooq Haider used to discuss the possibilities of a third option.

Regarding the issue of self-governing Kashmir, Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan stated that self-governing states are merely fantasies; they are not practical. Kashmiris have sacrificed for the accession of Kashmir to Pakistan; there is no other option.
