Peshawar: Caretaker Minister for Labor, Excise Taxation and Narcotics Control Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Manzoor Afridi has said that all possible measures will be initiated for the welfare and development of the people of the province. Resolving the deprivations and long-standing issues of the Newly Merged Tribal Districts, especially the tribal district Khyber, is included in our priorities.
He has expressed these views while meeting a delegation from Khyber tribal at his office in Peshawar.
The delegation included Haji Shirin, Muhammad Aslam and others.
During the meeting, the Caretaker Minister for Labour, Excise Taxation and Narcotics Control Khyber Pakhtunkhwa clarified that our effort is to facilitate the common man as much as possible, all efforts will be made for the development and welfare of the people.
He said that Instructions have already been issued to Excise and labour Departments to ensure the development and prosperity of the people and to provide all quality services to the people while making the administrative affairs more transparent and easy.
He has further said that efforts are being made to provide employment opportunities to the marginalized sections of the society, concrete steps will be taken to stabilize the economy of the province, he added.
