Each year 28th May is celebrated as Youm-e-Takbir in Pakistan. On this day the government of Pakistan and its people gramercies to Allah and pay tribute to the inventor, producer of Atomic Bomb the honorable Dr.Abdual Qadir Khan for his valuable and remarkable work he did for Pakistan. The masses, communities, media and social activists also pay tribute to the thinker and architect of Atomic Bomb in Pakistan the Honorable Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto(the ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan) who paved, way to provide an opportunity for making conducive environment for a group of scientist to work on the project like Manhatan Project of USA.
The project was successfully completed after a long struggle and a day came in 1998(28th May) when nuclear tests were carried out in Chagi at Quetta Baluchistan. The five tests were carried by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission with successful results on boosted fission devices. When Pakistan got a power of deterrence as nuclear state in the world, it was the only Muslim Country amongst 57 states. Meanwhile nine countries in the world possess Nuclear weapons.
The United States, Russia, China, France, United Kingdom, India, Paksitan, Isreal and North Korea. Still the world considers the nuclear weapon as the mass destructive weapon to extinguish the world but then too, their numbers are increasing day by day. Today, Russia with 5977 warheads is on the top of the list. The United states possess 5428 nuclear arsenal, China has 350,France 290, UK 225,Paksitan 165,India 160 and Israel 90 warheads. The Israel is believed to have nuclear power strike abilities and ballistic missile only. The most popular philosopher BERTRAND RUSSEL has rightly said War does not determine who is right, only who is left.
The Goerge S Patten says that the object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his. The Pope Jhon Paul said, War is a defeat for humanity. The nuclear arsenal on one hand made the world vulnerable and on heaps of explosive while on the other hand it has provided opportunity ,to the survivor to live and let live the others in peace. In case of Pakistan it is deterrence against Indian aggression and atrocities in the region. The future wars under the umbrella of Atomic, Hydrogen Bomb ,poison gaseous and Ballistic Missile shall be fought ruthlessly and the world might be having anyone to survive on the planet once it was carried out .It is a time to stop wars and ensure peace before it could be fought with conventional arms and ammunition anymore.
All the wars fought in the history of world had nothing more to prove the negative attitude, power of lust aggression, and aspiration of individual. The Kings, the war lords and the athletes prove themselves once as powerful had mentioned in history but loss their validity forever. The inventor of Atomic Bomb j.Robert Oppenhemier remarks are enough to endorsed, that now I am become death destroyer of worlds.

Still the game lies in the hands of powerful countries like Russia,China,France,USA and Great Britain who had Veto power in the United Nations and who had bad practices to dominate the weakest nations of the world on different pretext.
Pakistan is a peaceful country and its nuclear programme is for peaceful purpose and development. However, it resists the aggression of Indian occupation, expansions in the region. Just after the world war 2nd when the Atomic bomb was dropped, on Hiroshima and then on Nagasaki on 6th, and 9th August 1945,it ended the deadliest war but created panic as well. The modern war of Atomic era had changed the concept of traditional wars in to conventional wars system.
The world still remember the name of American President S. Trueman who ordered to eliminate the 5 years long war by dropping Atom Bomb. However it created another challenge /threat for the world peace and each country now try to compete in the arm race.The world history shows how big wars in the past were fought with certain rules however, with the introduction of Atom fission all rules could be shattered with in twinkling of eye and no one will exist on the planet so it will cease life.When Pakistan carried nuclear tests it faced the hostile attitude of world particularly the Bill Clinton administration who approved economic sanctions against Pakistan. Actually, the Indian government instigated and provoked the world to denounce and compel Pakistan to stop this practice .The then Prime Minister of Pakistan had official visit to USA for dialogue to terminate the activity against heavy offer of financial and economic support.
This opened way for Pakistan to resist the Power of India, with balance in the region. The Russian state came in competition and proved to be an Atomic country in 1949.The France did it in 1960,the great Britian did it in 1962 and China carried the experiment in 1964.The Indian Government carried the experiment in 1974 and proved to be the sixth one Atomic power in the world. Pakistan realized that the balance of power in the region could be possible and is pride of its Atomic power for peaceful purpose and stability in the region.
