MUZAFFARABAD: Kashmir Liberation Cell organized a webinar on International Human Rights Day on Thursday. The title of the webinar was ‘Human Rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) and our responsibilities’. AJK Minister for Education, Barrister Iftikhar Gillani, Director Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell, Raja Muhammad Sajjad Khan and others addressed the webinar.
Speaking at the occasion, Barrister Iftikhar Gillani said that Indian forces are doing worst violations of human rights in IOK. People living closer to the Line of Control (LoC) are also not safe from the hands of the Indian forces. Indian coward forces often target the innocent civilians living closer to the Line of Control (LoC). Indian policies are dangerous for the regional peace. International community particularly the United Nations (UN) should take notice of human rights violations being taken place in the held valley. Indian government is working on changing the demography of IOK. India should be held accountable for violating all the international laws, he further said.
