Ameer JI AJK-GB condoles death of Mujahid Babar’s mother

Rawalpindi: Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Khan, visited the residence of Hurriyat leader Mujahid Babar to offer condolences on the demise of his mother, who passed away in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

Dr. Mushtaq Khan expressed deep grief over the loss and extended heartfelt sympathies to Mujahid Babar and his family. He offered prayers for the departed soul’s forgiveness and eternal peace, and for strength and patience for the bereaved family to endure the loss.

Speaking on the occasion, he paid tribute to Mujahid Babar’s sacrifices, noting that he was among the first individuals to join the armed resistance movement in Kashmir. He said that despite holding a stable government job in IIOJK, Mujahid Babar chose to leave it behind and dedicate himself to the freedom struggle.

Dr. Mushtaq Khan remarked that such sacrifices reflect unwavering commitment and courage, adding that the Kashmiri people’s struggle for their rights continues with resilience and determination. He said the entire nation stands in solidarity with the people of Kashmir in their difficult times.
