How Islam is the solution to all global issues. ( Part- 2)

  1. The lifestyles that Islam both endorses and rejects are:
In today’s world of business and transactions, cheating and lying are considered skills. Islam promotes ethical commercial practices, such as abstaining from short-selling,poor quality, lying, dishonesty, exceeding costs, and intimidation against marketers. Islam, however, encourages developments in business, economy, technology, environment, science, and other disciplines that improve the highest standards of living and a quality lifestyle for individuals.

Islam is timeless because of its clear moral teachings, application to everyday life, and immediate repercussions. Islam offers an easy-to-understand and straight-forward approach without overwhelming people with complications or confusion. No room exists for corruption or exploitation, and there are no ambiguous regions or gaps. A person is considered a sinner if they do not uphold these Islamic tenets.

As a result, real people of faith in God are those who are sincerely committed to the divine power and embrace the prospect of death since, to them, it represents the long-awaited reunion with their creator after living a productive life per God’s commandments.

Holy Quran, verse 134 of Chapter 2. “That was a nation (past nations) that has passed; for it there will be what it has earned, and for you there will be what you have earned, and you will not be questioned about what they used to do.”

Allah, the Amighty (God), says to humanity in the Holy Quran, Chapter 49, Verse 13: “O people! Indeed, we formed you into nations and tribes so that you might recognize one another. You were created by a man and a woman. In fact, the one who fears God (forbids evil deeds and enjoins good) the most among you is the one who is considered the most honorable. God is undoubtedly all-knowing and all-aware.”

As they perform their duties to the best of their abilities while staying within their limits, a believer’s perspective on the world is more broad and inclusive.According to Holy Quran chapter 2 verse 156, “To Allah (Almighty God) we belong, and to Him is our return.”

Allah (the compassionate God) asks, “Who created death and life that He may try you—which of you is best in deeds, and He is Mighty and Forgiving?” in Holy Quran Chapter 67, verse 2. Allah also encourages people think critically, rationally ,analytically while examining the evidence of his creation.

In Holy Quran chapter 45 verse 26, God responds, “It is Allah (the one true Lord) Who gives you life, then gives you death; then He will gather you together for the Day of Judgment about which there is no doubt”: However, most people lack understanding.

  1. Is it possible to advance world peace and prosperity without striving for justice or putting in any effort to combat social ills and evils?

In order to respond to this, we must first comprehend the root cause of evil as stated in the Holy Quran’s chapter 4 verse 119, which is as follows: “Satan will prompt humankind to alter God’s creation.”

Satan  is both a name and an adjective. According to the Holy Quran, “Satan is the sworn rival of man.” Satan (Iblis) was arrogant and conceited, and he rebelled against God’s command, becoming the root of all evil and mischief as well as its epitome. Satan vowed that in his pursuit of people’s lives (their souls, bodies, and minds), he would pursue all possible paths to misguide people for a limited term until the day of judgment. Satan is an evil being. He is neither omniscient, omnipresent, nor omnipotent. Satan uses all of his resources and skills to spread evil throughout the planet. Satan is the name of a bad energy. If someone engages in evil deeds, that means he is practicing Satanic traits.

Much like how we persevere and work hard to achieve something major and important in life. Life itself is a test. The Holy Quran declares in Chapter 7, verse 168, “And we tested them with good and bad.” This passage serves as a reminder that both the pleasures we receive and the difficulties and sufferings we endure will put us to the test. God, who created and sustains the universe, did so in proportion. Life beyond death is the outcome of our actions in this world. Therefore, we must strive to live in a way that guarantees our prosperity in the afterlife. God is just; you get what you labor for. God is kind and forgiving too. He is answerable to no one. Everyone is answerable to him.In an ideal society, good and bad forces cannot coexist. That is a quality of hypocrites and troublemakers who dictate others to act in accordance with their objectives.

The world is more than simply a place for amusement for a person who believes in God. Man has free will, but he or she accepts responsibility for contributing to society by being self-aware and making an effort.

  1. Faith in God enlightens and educates humanity, affirms human dignity, helps man accomplish his ultimate goal, and ends all forms of enslavement.

Islam promotes human dignity to enable people to travel to their final destination, which is heaven. In addition to being the name of a garden, heaven represents the real position and status of mankind that Allah (the Lord of the whole universe) wants all people to reach. The teachings of Islam were conveyed to humanity by God via the last and final Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and will be followed by those who sincerely believe in God, not merely verbally, and do not fool others or themselves through appearance and deceptive slogans.

In chapter 20 verse 50 of the Holy Quran, it is said: “Our Lord is He who gave everything its creation and then guided it.” The successful ones are the ones who pay attention to this message, ponder it, internalize it, and then take this advice to heart.

Humanity has been allowed free will to select his or her own path, but the repercussions have been explained since religion places more focus on training people to become better people than on forcing its will on them. ”

Chapter 16 verse 90 of the Holy Quran states, “Indeed, God enjoins justice, kindness, and generosity toward relatives, and He forbids indecency, wrong, and aggression.

Verse 31 of Holy Quran Chapter 47 provides that God’s justice is the highest kind of justice: We will undoubtedly put you to the test to see who among you is diligent and patient, and We will also examine your track record.

In order to achieve the highest reward from the Creator, human beings are encouraged to play an active role in bringing about peace and justice in the world. This makes a believer’s world view more effective than that of others because seriousness, persistence, forbearance, outstanding performance, tireless efforts, sincerity, and integrity are encouraged in faith. In the end, it improves one’s life and the lives of many others around them, successfully securing world peace and harmony.

Islam discourages laziness and lethargy. As a result, society suffers, which contributes to crimes and time wastage. Ethical sexual, mental, physical, spiritual, and social pleasures are permissible in Islam. God created the day for earning and the night for getting enough sleep. By opposing nature, we cause damage to ourselves. Islam prohibits the use of unethical or unlawful methods.

A human being is God’s representative on earth. Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, as described in the Holy Quran, “Whoever obeys the Messenger, obeys God by doing so.

  1. The message of Islam places a strong emphasis on kindness and caring toward others, not only toward Muslims but also toward all of humanity.

Islam prevents any room for doubt as to how a Muslim ought to behave with non-Muslims, irrespective of one’s ethnicity, sexual orientation, nationality, or cultural background. The exact same law applies to all people worldwide regarding how they should treat other fellow human beings.

According to verse 32 of chapter 5 of the Holy Quran, “And whoever saves a life, it is as though he has saved the lives of all mankind.” Every human life is valuable from the perspective of Islam, as the above verse makes abundantly clear.

Islamic values oppose inhumane forces that include ISIS using the name of Islam to kill individuals who are innocent, mostly Muslims but also non-Muslims; Christian colonialism based on race seeking global dominance; racism and discrimination of any sort in every region of the world; and still today, in 2023, extremist Jewish Zionists killing innocent people in Palestine, including children and women; xenophobic assaults on people around the world; brutality and ferocity shown by Buddhists; and the killing of innocent people in Myanmar.

Hindu extremist organizations kill millions of people annually, and in 2021 they declared their own citizens to be second-class citizens in India due to their religious and cultural identities, including the cruelty displayed towards the people of Kashmir, on which the world has remained silent for more than 70 years due to their economic and diplomatic ties. Many atheists and other nations engage in ethnic cleansing for political reasons and under the pretense of nationalism.

Islam’s message is plain and transparent to both Muslims and non-Muslims, stressing the significance of treating other people with dignity and courtesy while also supporting a global outlook.

Islam promotes humanitarianism, but it likewise makes it explicit that in order for society to function properly, perpetrators, violators, wrongdoers, and criminals must be corrected and punished for their wrongdoings.

The Holy Quran, chapter 5, verse 32 states that “whoever kills a human being without (other than the cause of justice), like man slaughter, or corruption on earth, it is as though he has killed all mankind.”

Islam prioritizes justice, and it forbids people from encouraging illegal, unethical, or unjust actions. Every inhumane, violent, or unlawful action results in injustice, including regional and global organized crime, which is seen as a necessary evil in contemporary society. For the sake of reaching those abhorrent objectives, cruel laws and regulations are formulated.

Islam clearly commands law enforcement bodies that justice must prevail in society without any individual having to struggle for it on a local, national, or international scale. Tragically, the legal system is riddled with flaws, and influential criminals frequently manage to slip through the cracks. This needs to be rectified in order for nations to thrive and for there to be peace among all human communities. Justice must also be exercised on a personal and professional level.

In a nutshell, a society doesn’t qualify as civilized in the eyes of Islam and the doctrines of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, if it is incapable of administering justice fairly to all of its citizens.
