Kashmiri recalls their determination on Accession to Pakistan Resolution Day

Muzaffarabad: A seminar followed by rally was organized by Pasban-e Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir in the capital to renew the commitment of “Pakistan Accession Resolution” of 19 July 1947.

According to details, people in the seminar also marched from Central Press Club Muzaffarabad to Sathra Mor and reiterated their determination for the implementation of UN resolutions.

Speaking on the occasion, speakers said that even before the creation of Pakistan, the Kashmiri leadership unanimously passed the historic resolution of annexation of Pakistan in Srinagar at the house of Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan on July 19, 1947.

They said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, realizing the conspiracies, tricks and nexus of the bigoted and cruel Hindu leaders, demanded the establishment of Pakistan in a timely manner and started an unprecedented struggle for an independent country along with the people of Kashmir.

They recalled that the among those most difficult situations amid the conspiracies and high tactics of Indian leaders, the Kashmiri leadership approved the decision of the Quaid-e-Azam by approving the resolution of accession to Pakistan.

The speakers said that the internal situation in India today shows that the conflict between two civilizations and two different ideologies between Muslims and Hindus has been going on for more than a century.

“Even today, the inhumane treatment of millions of Muslims and other minorities is being observed in India”, Speakers added.

They said the so-called democratic India, no any religion or class are safe except the Brahmins.

Speakers said, “The worst treatment of the people of Occupied Kashmir is exposing the true face of the followers of Hindutva.”

Speakers further said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have great love for Pakistan and today people of Kashmir pay homage to those ancestors who passed the resolution of accession to Pakistan amidst the conspiracies of Hindutva.

Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, Abdul Hameed Lone, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Usman Ali Hashim, Javed Ahmed Mughal, Muhammad Shehbaz Chaudhary, Muhammad Ishaq Shaheen, Muhammad Aslam Inqalabi, Muhammad Naseer Khan, Liaqat Ali Rana, Muhammad Fayyaz Khan and Faisal Farooq and others also addressed on the occasion.
