Social media superstar Khaby Lame, who previously overturned Tiktoker Charli D’Amelio to be the most followed person on the social media platform, now also has revealed that he is not only a practicing Muslim but also a Hafiz-e-Quran.
Talking to an Italian media outlet, he acknowledge to the frequently asked question about religion and said, “Yes I am Muslim, a practicing Muslim. I don’t know what else to say.”
22 years old, Lame, who was born in Senegal also revealed that his family moved to Italy when he was one year old, furthermore, he said that he was sent to a Quranic school near Dakar, Senegal for Hifz e Quran when he was 14 years old.
It is appropriate to mention that Khaban (Khaby) Lame became the new sovereign of TikTok later last month. He had earned a total of 143.2 million followers on Tiktok, outstanding the last queen, Charli D’Amelio’s record of 142.3 million TikTok followers.
Khaby Lame is known for his mockingly straight forward videos on the feed ridiculing the overly-complex hacks while keeping his facial expressions and body language poker straight.
